What we collect

When you register or send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, company, job title, country and sector, and any files you upload as proof of payment.

How we use it

To manage your registration and issue your ticket, to contact you about the exhibition, and to compile aggregate participant statistics. We do not sell your data.

Who sees it

The event organising team, the ticketing provider (Zoho Backstage) that issues tickets and entry codes, and the email provider that delivers our messages.

Retention

Registration data is kept for the current and the following edition; payment receipts are kept as accounting rules require.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact channels published on this site.
